Service Description
This is an induction class to teach you how to safely use the reformer Pilates machine. We will also identify any limitations or mobility challenges you may have and how we can adapt the exercise exercises to suit you.
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule or cancel classes up to 24 hours prior. Cancellations or 'no shows' after the 24 hour cut off will result in you forfeiting your class pass. Please message us using the chat on this website or in the app as there is no reception on the farm. If you have iMessage - we can receive these on 0474 217 265. Standard SMS does not come through. Classes can be booked up to 24 hours prior. This allows us to plan our day, so please book as soon as possible.
